Mathematics and Numeracy
The development of genuine mathematical understanding forms the basis of our Numeracy curriculum. Children engage in a wide variety of practical activities and games which are designed to promote effective learning and enjoyment in aspects such as Measures, Shape and Space, Data-handling and Number. A major emphasis is also placed on the development of mental skill and problem solving.
