Year 7 Leavers' Assembly 2026
26th Jun 2026
We marked a very special milestone as we said farewell to our wonderful Year 7 boys and girls for the final time as pupils of Omagh County Primary School.
Their Leavers’ Assembly was a fitting celebration of everything they have achieved over the past seven years. It was a joy to reflect on how much they have grown, not only academically but as kind, confident and talented young people, and to hear about their hopes and dreams for the future.
The assembly was packed with talent—from beautiful instrumental performances and singing to martial arts demonstrations and stunning artwork. The enthusiasm, creativity and confidence shown by our Year 7 pupils made us all incredibly proud.
Thank you to all the parents, carers and family members who joined us today. It was wonderful to share such a memorable occasion with you as we celebrated this important chapter in your children’s lives.
A heartfelt thank you also goes to our dedicated staff, who have supported, encouraged and inspired these children throughout their journey in primary school. Your care, commitment and belief in every child have helped them become the amazing young people they are today.
To our Year 7 pupils, thank you for the laughter, the memories and the many ways you have enriched our school community. We are so proud of each and every one of you. As you begin the next exciting chapter of your journey, remember to believe in yourselves, work hard, be kind, and never stop reaching for your dreams.
Once an OCPS pupil, always part of the OCPS family. We wish you every happiness and success in the years ahead. 🌟❤️
