This half term, Primary 7 pupils have been developing their creativity and digital literacy skills through a range of engaging activities using Adobe Express. The children explored digital art techniques by creating vibrant Northern Lights–inspired artwork, experimenting with colour, blending and composition to produce eye-catching final pieces.
Also using Adobe Express, P7 pupils designed New Year’s resolution posters. This activity encouraged the children to reflect on personal goals while developing their understanding of audience and purpose. Pupils demonstrated thoughtful design choices and clear messaging as they transformed their ideas into professional-looking digital posters.
In addition, P7 created animated characters and recorded audio, helping to build confidence in speaking and listening as well as creativity in digital storytelling. To finish, they recorded short video evaluations reflecting on what they had learned and assessing their progress.
