This week, Year 1 dived into their new topic 'All About Me'.
We have loved getting to know the individuals in our classrooms through their homework bag presentations. We have been so impressed at how well the children have spoken in front of their friends.
The children have enjoyed exploring height and eye colour in their classsrooms and have created beautiful displays to represent the data. Ask them if they can remember the most common eye colour in their class.
Ailbe and Ivy were very excited to be life sized models for their class to label body parts - you might even spot them hanging on our wall as you pass the Year 1 window.
We continue to work on using our pencils, scissors and glue sticks and have lots more exciting activities planned for next week.
