Year 1 "cut silage" in the sunshine!
Year 1 have been making the most of the lovely weather this week by enjoying outdoor play every day. There was a final cut of 'silage' to bring in at Hill at the High on Tuesday (luckily there were lots of cooks on hand at the mud kitchen to provide food on the go) and baby clothes to wash and dry in the sunshine back at OCPS. There was plenty of excitement in our home corner as baby Lily arrived to Year 1 - it was all hands on deck, changing nappies and making bottles. Ask us all about it as you look through the photographs together!
The week ended on a high as we welcomed Gary (from CORE Kids) to OCPS for the final leg of his charity cycle. As a school, we raised £305 for two amazing charities: Tiny Life and The Childre's Heartbeat Trust. Thank you to everyone who kindly donated.
Have a lovely long weekend Year 1. Don't forget...no school on Monday.
