Partner work, creativity and problem solving were the order of the day for children in P5/6 as they had fun with today’s STEM challenge. The children built boats using tinfoil and then loaded St Patrick’s sheep (1p coins) into the boats to see how many their boats could carry. The trouble was they only had 10cm x 10cm of tin foil!
