P7 were delighted to launch High Five Fridays, linking closely with the EA Five Ways to Wellbeing and focusing on taking time to step back and reduce tension at the end of the week. Pupils enjoyed a range of calming and positive activities including art, Connect and Nurture, Golden Time and the Daily Mile, as well as lots of opportunities to chat and support one another.
Each High Five Friday will highlight a different wellbeing theme, and this Friday’s focus was Connect, reminding everyone of the importance of talking, listening and spending time together to support our mental health and wellbeing.
