In recognition of World Mental Health Day, Year 5 took part in a workshop organised by Aware NI. The "My Mind and Me" workshop helped the pupils think about recognising their feelings and the importance of looking after their physical and mental health.
The pupils focused on 5 ways to do this on a daily basis. *Take Notice * Keep Learning * Give * Be Active * Connect Pupils were encouraged to include these in their everyday life.
