As part of our partnership with WalkWheelCycle trust (Sustrans) Year 5 went on a mindfulness walk on Monday morning. It was a lovely way to start the new week at school. We focused on the connection between our feelings and emotions with the surrounding nature.....sights, sounds and smells. Thanks Amy for a super time....we would love to have stayed longer.
