HAPPY NEW YEAR!
It was great to welcome Year 3 back to a very cold and snowy 2026!
In Literacy tasks on Tuesday, we heard all about the exciting Christmas adventures. We used our 'sentence cube' around the group to find out what we received from Santa, what we ate, where we visited, what we watched on T.V and finally, what we gave Santa!
It was so exciting to hear all about the amazing presents we received! Mrs Crosbie and Mrs Mathers shared their gifts with the children, before children returned to their seats to complete individual write-ups.
Children carefully followed their plan, and tried hard to include adjectives to make their writing more interesting to read. We then used the laptops to word process our work using 'Just2Easy'.
