Yesterday marked the beginning of Autism Acceptance Week 2023. On Sunday, three members of the Omagh County Primary School staff team completed the Omagh Half Marathon and raised money for the local branch of the National Autsitic Society. The final amount raised is still to be confirmed but is over £200 so far. Mrs Wilson gained a personal best coming in at under 2 hours and 14 minutes. Mrs McNamee and Miss Feeney to part in the half marathon walk and completed it within 3 hours and 30 minutes. Miss Feeney's little girl helped keep the walkers on track. Congratulations to all the runners and walkers for their achievement on Sunday.
